The surprising conclusion of the book only adds to our excitement about what will happen to the major characters next. The anticipation for Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 2 has caused a wave of excitement among fans.
Netflix users who really are curious about when a new season will be released and what that season will include will have to wait. The first season is still a talk of the town, and there are many rumors involved, so it will be some time before the broadcaster makes any solid statements, but here’s what we know so far about the crime and suspense show.
Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 2: When Is Series Releasing?
Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 1 premiered on Netflix on August 14, 2020. In normal circumstances, we would be able to predict a release date for Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 2 with some accuracy, but the current global pandemic has made release date prediction even more difficult than before.

Not only that, Netflix has yet to confirm that Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 2 will be renewed. However, Jordan, the creator of the show remains optimistic. “There’s still a lot of love on the table, as well as a lot of drama and cliffhangers coming into the second season,” told Entertainment Weekly. So, while not feeling any disappointment, we can predict that, if the show happens, it will launch in late 2022.
Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 2: What New Mysteries Are Coming?
Sterling and Blair Wesley, fraternal twin sisters, attend Christian high school Willingham Academy in the series. Sterling leads a fellowship there, and the two girls enjoy relatively ordinary lives of wealth until they wreck their father’s truck and realize they’ll have to turn to bounty hunting to make ends meet.
They team up with Bowser Simmons, a seasoned fugitive stalker, and try to reconcile their lives as typical high school ladies who happen to be bounty hunters on the side. Season 1 is packed with cliffhangers, particularly at the conclusion.
Sterling and Blair come back home with a lot of questions. All they hear instead is Debbie‘s version of the facts, that she was once involved with some “radical” Christians who assisted in attacking an abortion clinic. Both of them believe their mother’s narrative so strongly that they persuade Bowser to not turn her in and earn the reward, even if it means losing their jobs at Yogurtopia and, by implication, their extra income.
When Sterling gets picked up from lock-in by a lady who then turns out to be Debbie’s identical twin sister Dana, both the girls realized they haven’t heard the whole picture. Dana was also the one who bombed the abortion clinic, as a frantic Debbie relates to Blair, and she is still regarded as dangerous.
When Dana’s boyfriend Levi chooses to take Sterling, hostage, it comes as a shock firsthand. Fortunately, Sterling’s online financial transactions allow Blair and Bowser to locate her and put a stop to the madness. Then, of course, comes the show’s biggest cliffhanger. While the cops are preparing to detain Dana, she confesses one last secret, that she is Sterling’s mother. As a result, Sterling and Blair are cousins rather than twins.
Jordan, the creator of the show clearly understands what she intends to take with the Wesley twins, who fans currently know as cousins instead of twins, all of this despite the fact that Teenage Bounty Hunters season 2 has yet to be approved by Netflix.
She expounded on all of the suspenseful cliffhangers that demand additional investigation in the interview with EW following season 1’s publication, with particular attention on the girls’ troubled love relationships.
Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 2: Who Will Be Seen Again in the Show?
Although it’s difficult to foresee who the new characters would be so soon, we can confidently predict that the major cast from Season 1 will return to Teenage Bounty Hunters Season 2. Sterling and Blair Wesley are played by Maddie Phillips and Anjelica Bette Fellini, respectively. Bowser Simmons, Kadeem Harding‘s bounty hunter and purveyor of excellent yogurt, would also be missing from the show.

Former soap star Virginia Williams, who plays Debbie Wesley, the twins’ mother, is almost expected to return. We also expect to see more of Spencer House who plays Luke Creswell, Devon Hales who plays April Stevens, and Myles Evans who plays the role of Miles Taylor, given the show’ romance arcs’ ongoing tension.
