Texas Man Charged with Trespassing, Resisting Arrest After Entering Girls’ Restroom in School

According to the arrest records of College Station, additional information regarding the arrest of a parent for using a child’s bathroom is revealed.

Criminal trespassing and resisting arrest have been brought against Peng Yu, who is 43 years old. His bond is a combination of $25,000, and he is still being held in jail.

Yu is shown to have entered Creekview Elementary School in order to accompany his child to a summer program, according to the arrest papers. Following this, he made his way to the gym, where he handed his child over to the program. After that, he proceeded to a restroom that was specifically intended for female children.

According to the records, he did not comply with the guidance of the security guard who was on duty and refused to leave the restroom. Based on the arrest documents, it is stated that Yu had been cautioned on June 7th to refrain from using the restrooms that were reserved for children.

It was informed to him that there were restrooms just for adults as reported by KWTX News.

Records of Yu’s arrest indicate that the police had to use a mechanical device to break down the door of the cubicle and compel Yu to leave the female restroom. After that, he allegedly put up a fight against being arrested by rolling himself into a ball on the ground.
