Fort Worth, TX: Twenty-one individuals were taken into custody by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of soliciting a prostitute.
Prostitution solicitation was the allegation that was brought against the suspects after they were hauled into custody following a two-day operation that took place a month ago.
A partnership was formed between the Human Trafficking Unit of the sheriff’s office and The Net, a non-profit organization that works to combat sex trafficking and exploitation.
An employee of Tarrant County, as well as two men previously employed by the Army Corps of Engineers and Texas Health Resources, were among those who were taken into custody, according to the authorities.
There was no public announcement of the identities of individuals who were taken into custody.
