The Phoenix Police Department is looking for a person who is suspected of setting fire to a dog that was doused in gasoline and set ablaze at a residence in Phoenix earlier this week.
On Tuesday morning, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the incident took place at a residence located close to the intersection of 27th Avenue and Van Buren Street.
