Kentucky Pair Arrested after Toddler found Dead in House after Distress Call; Body full of Bruises: Cops Say

Two individuals have been taken into custody in connection with the death of a child that occurred on Centre Parkway on Saturday.

At around 9:20 in the morning, officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 1200 block of Centre Parkway in response to a report of an infant who was not responding to their surroundings.

Joshua Bowen, who was 20 months old at the time of his arrival, was discovered by the authorities, and he was pronounced dead at the site.

Those that were taken into custody were Kyle Guindon, age 22, and Brianna Johnson, age 27.

Criminal abuse in the first degree is the charge that has been brought against Johnson. In addition to being charged with first-degree assault, Guindon is now being charged with first-degree criminal abuse.

At this time, both individuals are being held at the Fayette County Detention Center as reported by WTVQ News.
