Paso Robles, CA- A report of a stabbing incident was received by the Paso Robles Police Department at around 02:07 in the morning on Sunday, August 4th. As soon as possible, the sufferer was sent to a local hospital to receive treatment for injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.
The 3300 block of Vine Street was the location where the altercation took place earlier in the morning, according to the findings of the inquiry.
It has been determined that the person responsible for the crime is a Paso Robles resident called Alberto CruzNieves, who is 32 years old.

The authorities made the discovery that CruzNieves had fled the scene of the stabbing in a car after the situation occurred.
Cruz Nieves was picked up by officers from the California Highway Patrol in Kern County when he was driving a vehicle. The arrest of Cruz Nieves was carried out without any complications.
After that, he was taken into custody and transported to the San Luis Obispo County Jail, where he is currently being held on charges of assault with a deadly weapon.
