Teacher Arrested for Inappropriate Relations with a Student in Maryland: Police Authorities

A teacher at a high school in Baltimore County was taken into custody for allegedly sexually abusing a student, according to the police.

Carlos Arroyo, a teacher at Randallstown High School, has been charged with two felonies: sexual abuse of a minor and sexual crime in the third degree. He is 38 years old.

According to the police, Arroyo is also being charged with two misdemeanor offenses. These occurrences were reported to the Baltimore County Police Department around the end of April, according to the department’s statement.

From the moment they were informed, detectives started their investigation, and since then, they have been conducting interviews and accumulating evidence, which ultimately led to Arroyo’s arrest on Friday.
