The incident occurred around 8:10 p.m. on Wednesday at a bar located at 1418 East Midlothian Blvd. in Youngstown. Police were called to the scene after reports of a woman taking off her clothes and dancing on tables. Upon their arrival, Williams reportedly became aggressive and spat on two officers while they tried to escort her out of the bar. She also allegedly punched another officer during the confrontation.

Williams was arraigned on two counts of assault on a police officer, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of expelling bodily substances on a police officer, a fifth-degree felony as reported.

According to police reports, surveillance footage from the bar showed Williams dancing on patrons and removing her clothes, even as some people attempted to leave. The video also captured her resisting arrest, punching officers, and spitting at them.
