A grand jury in Clermont County has indicted a man on charges of rape, sexual battery, gross sexual imposition, and pandering obscenity involving a juvenile. The accusations were brought against the guy.
Through this indictment, Keith Cruz is being charged with more than seventy charges. Thirty of them are for the crime of rape.
Despite the fact that there is now no information available regarding the charges in Clermont County, he is currently facing 10 counts of rape and gross sexual imposition in Hamilton County.
In each of these cases, Cruz is suspected of sexually abusing many children ranging in age from four to nine years old, as stated by Melissa Powers, the prosecutor for Hamilton County.
Cruz would either date their mothers or temporarily reside with the individuals who were said to have been victims. As a result of the accusations, he is slated to face trial in Hamilton County in the month of August. If Cruz is found guilty of all charges, he may be sentenced to life in prison as per Local10 News.
