Man Arrested for Molesting Kids under His Foster Care in Pennsylvania: Authorities say More Victims May Come Up

Police in Pennsylvania are concerned that there may be further victims of sexual abuse committed by a foster parent who is now facing allegations of sexual abuse of children.

The charges against Frank Breneman, 71, of Lancaster County, include rape of a minor, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, sexual assault, statutory sexual assault, and indecent assault of a child. Breneman was charged with all of these offenses this week.

ABC 6 Philadelphia reports that the police have received allegations that Breneman harmed at least two victims who were between the ages of 4 and 11. They are said to have occurred between the years 2004 and 2016, according to the allegations.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, there may be further victims, and they are requesting that anyone who has information come forward. Several of his victims were foster children who were under his care and who were abused while they were residing in the home, according to the authorities.

The information indicates that at least one victim came forward to speak to the authorities as an adult as reported by LancasterOnline.

At the time of his arrest, it is unknown if Breneman continued to act as a foster parent or whether he had any children in his care whatsoever.

He has a bond of $500,000 and is now being held in the Lancaster County Prison. There will be a hearing for him on June 11th.
