Actor Jonathan Majors is found guilty of harassing and abusing his ex-girlfriend in New York City. The actor is now on probation and will be put behind bars for one year if any provision is breached.
The case goes back to March 2023 when he and his girlfriend had a heated argument. Majors was on camera forcing Jabbari back into an SUV on Canal Street in Lower Manhattan.
During the confrontation that resulted in his detention, the jury determined that he twisted and hurt Jabbari’s arm and that he harassed and damaged her recklessly, without malice.
The 34-year-old Majors has starred in several films, including “Creed III” and “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” (produced by Marvel Studios). The verdict caused Marvel and Disney to sever connections with Majors, removing him from future initiatives. His sponsorship deals were also canceled.

Jabbari was present in the court with her family members. She read a victim impact statement out loud to the court, “He’s not sorry. He has not accepted responsibility, and he will do this again. He will hurt other women. This is a man who believes he’s above the law,” Jabbari said. “I will not rest until I feel that he’s not a danger to anyone else,” she added.
His ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari is guarded by a complete protective order granted a the presiding judge on Monday. If the actor fails to comply with the provision of his sentence, he will be spending one year in prison as mentioned in the judgment copy.
