Florida Vape Dealer Arrested after He Molested Two Teen Girls Until They Bled Out; Took to them at a House and Pointed Gun on their Head

A 19-year-old is currently serving time for rape and gun violence after allegedly smoking with two teenage females, luring them to his home in Sunny Isles Beach, and then raping them.

After being arrested the previous day by the Sunny Isles Beach Police, Adam Hyman made an appearance in bond court on Thursday. He is scheduled to return to court on Friday morning for a pretrial hearing; the judge did not set a bond.

The arrest report states that one of the victims had previously purchased from Hyman, a well-known dealer of marijuana and vape products residing in Miami Beach.

The victims were allegedly picked up by Hyman in June and driven about Aventura in his vehicle, where they smoked and vaped on the upper level of the Aventura Mall parking garage, according to the police. He escorted them to a house in Sunny Isles Beach, which investigators discovered was commonly where Hyman got his drug supplies, as noted later. To the girls, he said it was a friend’s place.

In the arrest report, it is stated that when Hyman led the victims into the residence, they observed a variety of firearms, including shotguns and handguns.

A victim was carried into a room by Hyman, who then aimed a laser-equipped gun at her head and proclaimed, “Can you believe how easily I can kill you right now?” After that, he sexually attacked her after forcing her onto the bed. She was unable to resist due to her shock and fear, as stated in the police record.

The victim attempted to expel the second female from the room after the first attack, but according to the police, Hyman swiftly drew her back into the same room. The arrest report states that he physically attacked her and yelled at her to “stop being a b**** and keep going” in response to her attempts to resist.

And then he said, “Wouldn’t it be crazy if I killed you right now?” while pointing a gun at her head. According to the authorities, both victims were left visibly injured and in agony.

“You better tell me what you said, I’m not playing, I swear to God, I’ll kill you!” Hyman allegedly shouted at the victims when they started discussing their assaults amongst themselves.

The police said that Hyman informed the first victim of his assault that he “was not done with her” before leaving one of the girls at her home. The arrest report states that he then took the victim to a Publix parking lot in Aventura, where she was subjected to further sexual assault. Hyman recorded the alleged attack on camera, which police used to arrest him.

She told the authorities that Hyman had expressed sympathy for her friend’s severe bleeding before leaving her off at home.

For his part, Hyman is accused with sexual battery with a firearm or dangerous weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, using a minor in a sexual performance, and two counts of lewd and lascivious battery. Each accusation carries a single count.
