A new lawsuit filed Tuesday night alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted a 39-year-old man at a house party in a lavish New York City home in 2022.
A man from Georgia, who wishes to remain unnamed, reported that he went to a gathering with friends and drank alcohol supplied by other attendees.
“After consuming the drink, Plaintiff began to feel disoriented and began to lose control of his body and to lose consciousness,” the lawsuit stated, reflecting similar claims made by other unnamed individuals represented by personal injury lawyers who have initiated multiple lawsuits against Combs.
This week, an anonymous plaintiff connected to Combs filed a lawsuit against attorney Tony Buzbee, alleging extortion by him and his firm.
A new accuser of Combs claims that upon regaining consciousness, he found himself in a dark bedroom featuring black walls and lying on a bed with black sheets. The surroundings were completely shadowed. The plaintiff was shocked to discover Combs assaulting him.
A new allegation has emerged from an actor who claims he was sexually assaulted by Combs and others in the late 1990s and early 2000s after being lured to New York for a potential music video role.
“Plaintiff heard Combs say ‘he’ll do.’ Combs then told Plaintiff he could sit back down,” the lawsuit said.
A man reported that he was served a soda that was tampered with, leading to him losing consciousness. “His vision was blurry, but he recognized Combs’ chest tattoo and the large gold chain with a jeweled cross on it that Combs wore during the interview. Plaintiff tried to fight him off, but felt dizzy and sick whenever he tried to move. Additionally, Combs’ bodyguard was holding Plaintiff down by the arms,” the lawsuit said.
A third individual has come forward, stating that she was 17 years old in 2004 when Combs allegedly assaulted her during a Fourth of July celebration in the Hamptons.
“Combs and two of his bodyguards approached Plaintiff and threatened her. Combs told Plaintiff that she would be in danger if she spoke about what had occurred, stating that he ‘ran New York and would ruin her.’ At this point, Plaintiff recognized that at least Combs had sexually assaulted her while she was unconscious. She feared for her life,” her lawsuit said.
On Tuesday, Combs’ lawyers spoke to ABC News regarding the lawsuit against Buzbee, stating, “The extortion lawsuit against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear having lies spread about them, just as lies have been spread about Mr. Combs.”
Concerning the sexual assault filings, Combs’ attorneys stated, “Mr. Combs has full confidence in the facts and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor.”
