Arizona Woman Arrested for Alleged Molestation of 14-year-old Boy after Victim Received Recorded Video of the Inappropriate Act

A woman has been arrested by the Yuma Police Department (YPD) on suspicion of child molestation.

A 33-year-old woman from Yuma has been arrested following a report received on Thursday regarding a sex offense that occurred “within the city limits,” according to a press release.

According to the YPD, a 14-year-old boy received videos of the incident sent to his social media account. The victim reported that a concerning incident occurred between him and the suspect around June of last year.

According to the YPD, detectives have “confirmed” that the suspect sent “inappropriate images/videos of herself” to the victim.

Kacee Figueroa, 33, is currently facing five felony charges, as reported by the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office. Various charges have been filed, including sexual exploitation of a minor, molestation of a child, furnishing obscene material to a minor, and other related offenses.

In addition, the YPD has reported that the suspect was found in the vicinity of W. 20th Street and S. 25th Drive, leading to her subsequent arrest and booking on several felony charges.

After the arrest, Crane Elementary School District issued a press release clarifying that the individual in question was an employee of Pueblo Elementary School. The district also stated that the Yuma Police Department had informed them that the charges leading to the arrest were unrelated to any student or staff member at Pueblo Elementary or any other Crane school.

The district has made it clear that the suspect will not be allowed to resume their duties at any Crane Elementary District School.
