Stuart, FL: An adorable police chase happened in Stuart, Florida on Monday. A dog was on a highway adventure that put his life in danger. A captain from the Martin County Sheriff’s Office chased the furry friend and put a halt on his adventure.
The dog escaped from a boarding facility, across a heavily used highway, and into the Martin County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) parking lot.
Captain Jason Ward reportedly dropped what he was doing and dashed after the puppy, according to the sheriff’s office. Cpt. Ward apprehended the nervous dog just as it was about to approach another busy route.
They took the dog back to the kennel, according to the sheriff’s office.
