Tristan Taylor Jeczala, a resident of Satellite Beach, has been taken into custody for multiple charges, which include Lewd and Lascivious Battery, Sexual Performance of a Child, and other grave offenses. An arrest has been made following a thorough investigation conducted by Detective Corporal Aimee Ybarra of the Satellite Beach Police Department.
An investigation was initiated on July 3, 2024, following a tip received by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office through Crime Stoppers.
A tip revealed that a young individual, aged 12-16, known as “L.M.G.,” was engaged in a sexual relationship with Tristan Taylor Jeczala and was living at his residence on 24 Sunset Street, Satellite Beach. Jeczala was in contact with “L.M.G.” despite knowing her true age, according to the tip.
Detective Corporal Aimee Ybarra assumed control of the investigation. During the investigation, it was discovered that Jeczala and “L.M.G.” had connected on a social platform called “MeetMe.” Interestingly, “L.M.G.” had initially stated that they were 25 years old. As the relationship developed, it became clear that “L.M.G.” was noticeably younger.
Regardless of being aware of this information, Jeczala persisted in his unlawful actions. Jeczala’s father, with whom he resides, questioned him about the girl’s youthful appearance. He informed his father that she appeared much younger despite being 25, attributing it to her career as a model.
“L.M.G.” also revealed that Jeczala had instructed her to provide false information about her age and use an alias when interrogated by authorities. She described the manipulative methods Jeczala employed to exert power over her, such as supplying her with alcohol and drugs.
The affidavit states that the charges are a result of various incidents that occurred between February 2024 and early July 2024. During this time, Jeczala was involved in inappropriate and illegal activities with an individual referred to as “L.M.G.”
Through forensic interviews and a comprehensive examination of digital evidence, the investigation confirmed the validity of “L.M.G.’s” account of her interactions with Jeczala. Law enforcement successfully executed an arrest warrant at Jeczala’s residence on July 3, 2024, ensuring both his apprehension and the safety of “L.M.G.”
