According to the court documents, the Moulton Police Department arrested a guy for having sexual contact with a youngster who was five years old.
Court documents indicate that Elijah Jack Zaborowski was taken into custody on Saturday and charged with a crime after he grabbed a youngster in an inappropriate manner and then fled the scene. Following his escape, Zaborowski allegedly turned around and exposed himself to the youngster, as stated in the court documents.
According to the documents filed with the court, the event took place during the daytime hours in the parking lot of an apartment complex.
The victim screamed for help after Zaborowski grabbed and molested the child. Zaborowski ran away as he noticed someone approaching the area. The boy was sobbing when a person discovered the victim.
Indecent exposure and sexual abuse of a kid under the age of 12 are the charges that Zaborowski is facing, according to the records obtained by WHNT News, of the Lawrence County Jail.
After posting a bond of $36,000, Zaborowski is currently being held at the Lawrence County Jail.
