A customer at a spa in Morgantown is said to have been sexually assaulted by a woman, who has been charged with the crime.
A victim was sexually assaulted at a business in Morgantown on December 14, according to a criminal complaint that was filed by the Monongalia detachment of the West Virginia State Police. That complaint was filed on December 14.
According to the troopers, the victim had requested a spa treatment and a body massage at Rosa Spa, which is located on Fort Pierpont Drive in Morgantown. Xiaofang Huang, who is 39 years old, was working at the spa at the time of the incident.
The victim was subjected to an act of sexual assault by Huang on that particular date, and the assault “continued for several minutes after the victim tried to tell the employee [Huang] to stop,” as stated in the complaint.
An accusation of sexual assault in the second degree has been brought against Huang. The North Central Regional Jail is where she is now being kept.
