Thousands Round of Ammo with 30+ Guns Busted in Indiana; 1 Nabbed and Slammed with Charges

The individual was taken into custody on Friday on a felony warrant, and the Union City police department reported that they discovered more than thirty firearms, thousands of rounds of ammunition, different substances, and paraphernalia during the search.

Together with the Randolph County Emergency Response Team, the Special Entry Tactical Team of the Union City Police Department was able to apprehend Adam Fisher, who was 26 years old, in the 6600 block of E. 1st Street in Spartanburg.

UCPD stated that Fisher was wanted for a warrant for felony battery at the time of discovery. During the arrest, law enforcement officers found illegal substances and paraphernalia, and they were able to take Fisher into custody without any incidents occurring.

In a later statement, the UCPD stated that they had executed a search warrant on the property. Upon entering, the arms and ammunition were taken by the police.

UCPD stated that their preliminary investigation has lead them to suspect that the firearms were taken during a burglary that occurred in Darke County, Ohio.

In a statement on Facebook, the UCPD expressed their gratitude for the seamless cooperation that enabled them to detain a dangerous criminal while simultaneously protecting the safety of all those involved. “The recovery of stolen firearms and drugs further highlights the importance of our ongoing commitment to combat crime and protect our citizens,” said the spokesperson for the State Department.

Even though the investigation is still ongoing, the police have stated that they anticipate filing additional charges.
