Teenager was attacked and robbed at the Fordham Road subway station

On the evening of Friday, December 8, at approximately 4:30 PM, a harrowing incident unfolded at the Fordham Road subway station on the B and D lines, leaving a 16-year-old victim brutally attacked and robbed. The assailants, two unidentified males, targeted the young individual near the station’s turnstile, where they subjected him to a violent assault.

In a distressing sequence of events, the perpetrators physically assaulted the victim, delivering forceful blows to his face. The aggression escalated as the assailants forcibly seized the teenager’s wallet, which not only contained approximately $60 but also held other personal items of value. Swiftly concluding their attack, the assailants made a hasty escape, leaving the victim in a state of shock and distress.

Promptly responding to the distress call, emergency services swiftly arrived at the scene. The victim, grappling with the aftermath of the violent encounter, was attended to by EMS and subsequently transported to BronxCare Health System.
