Honk News (January, 2025) – Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit that alleges sexual assault.
A complaint has been filed in New York by a plaintiff identified as Jane Doe, who alleges that Combs raped her in 2000 when she was a 16-year-old high school student.
The accuser claims she was living in Lower Manhattan with her parents at the time. She alleges that while working as a babysitter in an apartment building where Combs’ unnamed romantic partner also resided, she met the music mogul and two other men who reportedly worked for him.
The complaint states that Combs repeatedly asked the teenager if she wanted a ride home, and after several refusals, she eventually got into his car.
The plaintiff reports feeling concerned when she was not taken home as expected. She says that she was offered a drink to help her relax, which made her feel tired and unbalanced.

The plaintiff claims that she was taken to a different location by the founder of Bad Boy Records and two of his unnamed employees, prior to the alleged assault by Combs.

The plaintiff reports that she was subsequently brought home and left in the lobby of her apartment building. Combs is now facing over 30 lawsuits that allege sexual misconduct.
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor,” his legal team said. “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
