A 16-year-old boy was stabbed five times in the chest and abdomen with a screwdriver in New York City, leaving him in critical condition, according to reports.
According to police and other law enforcement authorities, a child who was 16 years old was stabbed five times in the chest and abdomen on Sunday evening in Brooklyn. It is possible that the stabs were made with a screwdriver. The boy had critical injuries as a result of the attack.
An assailant or assailants assaulted the teen victim at approximately 6:50 p.m. near the junction of Carrol Street and Rochester Avenue in Crown Heights, according to the police. The incident occurred at the intersection.
It was reported by the police that the young kid was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he is currently classified as being in critical but stable condition.

According to sources, a screwdriver was found close to the scene of the crime, and the police are currently examining whether or not the common household instrument was used in the stabbing.
There were five stab wounds reported on the victim, according to sources.
There have been no arrests made, however the police have stated that they are searching for a suspect or suspects who are teenagers.
