Honk News – A man has been charged after locking himself in the women’s restroom at QuikTrip as reported by St. Louis County Police Department.
A man from St. Louis has been charged with assault and trespassing after he refused to leave a women’s restroom inside of a QuikTrip while only wearing his underpants. The incident occurred while the man was alone.
According to the records filed in the court, Sean Petrovic, who is 35 years old, entered the restroom for ladies while two women were already inside and locked himself in a stall. After hastily leaving, the women informed a QuikTrip employee, who then contacted the authorities.
When the officers arrived, they gave him the order to leave the restroom, and it took around three minutes for Petrovic to leave the restroom. According to the records filed in the court, he disclosed to the authorities that his name was “Josephine” as they walked him out of the petrol station.
After Petrovic was brought outside, a law enforcement officer placed him in handcuffs; however, he started to break away and kick the officer. Petrovic spit in the face of the police after pepper spray had been used to spray him with pepper spray. Petrovic was restrained by the cop, who also wore a spit mask on his face.
Assault in the fourth degree, resisting or interfering with arrest, and trespassing in the first degree were the charges that were brought against Petrovic. His bond was set at $25,000, and he is expected to appear in court for a criminal setting hearing on January 6, 2025 at nine o’clock in the morning.
