Man Molested Minor in Wisconsin; Said He Wanted to Educate Victim; Finally Sentenced

After entering a guilty plea to the charge of sexual assault on a minor, a man from Racine County was given a jail sentence on Tuesday, August 6.

As a result of a plea bargain, Seth Beining, who is 23 years old, was found guilty of multiple counts of sexual assault on the same kid, which constitutes at least three violations of the first-degree sexual assault statute. Even though the charge of child sexual assault in the first degree was dropped, it was nevertheless read into the court record.

The penalty that was handed down to Beining was thirty years in prison and fifteen years of extended supervision. Additionally, he is required to maintain compliance with the sex offender registration and register himself as a sexual offender for the rest of his life.

Deputies from Racine County questioned Beining in response to a complaint that someone brought to their attention that they witnessed him sexually assaulting a youngster. It was said in the criminal complaint that Beining originally denied the complaint, even going so far as to blame the kid for being a “aggressor.”

Beining eventually acknowledged to sexually abusing the youngster four times over the course of the past few months, according to the complaint. He told investigators that he did this for “sexual gratification” and to “educate” the victim who was the victim of the attack.
