Deputies from Aiken and Saluda County participated in the arrest of a guy who was 31 years old and was tied to an investigation into the sexual exploitation of a juvenile and was arrested.
Devin Blake Saylor, originally from Ninety-Six, was taken into custody on nine charges related to the sexual exploitation of kids, according to the announcement made by the Attorney General of South Carolina, Alan Wilson.
Investigators from the Attorney General’s Office who are part of the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force were the ones who performed the arrest. Additionally, assistance was provided by investigators from the Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office as well as Homeland Security Investigations.
A tip was provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, according to a press release that was issued by the authorities.

The investigation has revealed that Saylor was involved in illegal sexual conduct with a youngster, as well as the production, distribution, and possession of files containing material related to child sexual abuse.
The authorities have stated that Saylor was taken into custody on July 11th.
One case of illegal sexual conduct with a minor, one offense of sexual exploitation of a minor in the first degree, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the second degree, and five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor in the third degree are the charges that have been brought against him.
It is the Attorney General’s Office that will be responsible for prosecuting this matter as reported by a local news outlet.
