In response to allegations made by a young victim that he sexually molested them, a man from Evansville has been charged with multiple counts of child molestation.
According to the investigators, the youngster reported the abuse that occurred at Holly’s House in May of last year.
According to the reports of the EPD, the victim detailed many episodes of abuse perpetrated by Lamasceo Emery, who is 21 years old. According to the accounts of the victim, the abuse occurred over the course of a number of years.
As far as the investigators are concerned, the victim has informed them that the most recent occurrence occurred only a few weeks ago. The victim was reportedly taken to the hospital for a sexual assault examination, according to the reports.
It has been reported by the authorities that they had a phone conversation with Emery, during which he disputed the allegations.
A warrant led to the arrest of Emery, who was then taken into custody and placed into the Vanderburgh County Jail on Wednesday. Currently, he is being held on a bond of one hundred thousand dollars and is facing three counts of criminal child molestation.
