A guy who frequently harassed a 14-year-old girl over a two-year period has entered a guilty plea.
Mynor Oswaldo Esquite, 38, was taken into custody by Fort Wayne police in July after the girl informed them that the man would coerce her into having sex with him.
According to police, the girl said Esquite coerced her into having over 30 sexual encounters with him over the previous two years, frequently while filming them.
Esquite is charged with six preliminary felonies, including two counts of sexual misconduct and three counts of child molesting.
On Tuesday, the guy agreed to a guilty plea to two charges of child molesting. The arrangement would drop his other accusations if it were approved.
The plea states that the Court will have all authority to impose a sentence. However, the deal stipulates that Esquite’s sentences would be served simultaneously and cannot be longer than 30 years each.
The hearing for Esquite is set for November 26.
