Honk News – Dennis Bieniek, 66, was taken into custody by the Loves Park Police Department on suspicion of drugging and sexually abusing a female victim.
In response to reports of a sexual assault committed by a victim, law enforcement authorities arrived to Javon Bea Hospital on February 9, 2022. In the toxicology testing on the victim, benzodiazepine, which is an active chemical in both Xanax and Valium, was found to be present in a positive concentration.
With regard to benzodiazepines, the woman stated that she does not take any medications for treatment. The victim disclosed to the authorities that she had not permitted Bieniek to engage in any sexual behavior with her.

In accordance with the laboratory tests of the Illinois State Police, Bieniek’s DNA was discovered on the socks of the woman.
In the aftermath of the incident that occurred in 2022, the woman was issued a protection order against the suspect, which remained in effect until 2024.
An accusation of criminal sexual assault without consent has been brought against Bieniek.
On March 11th, he was taken into custody and lodged into the Winnebago County Jail.
