Intro to Criminal Law, commonly known as Criminal Law 100 and referred to as How to Get Away with Murder by Annalise Keating, was a course given at Middleton University. It was initially taught for many years by Annalise Keating, but once her students’ grades began to slip, she was replaced by another professor. From 2014 through 2020, ABC aired Shonda Rhimes’s smash legal drama “How to Get Away With Murder,” which introduced viewers to Philadelphia professor and criminal defence attorney Annalise Keating and the law students she employs as interns at her company. The narrative revolves around Keating, portrayed by Viola Davis, and her pupils, dubbed the “Keating Five,” becoming entangled in a murder plot.

Davis became an even greater household celebrity after the program ended, and many of the other cast members went on to additional TV, theatre, or film roles. 2. Billy Brown

Fans of “How to Get Away with Murder” will recall Billy Brown as Nate Lahey, Viola Davis’ captivating love interest and the Philadelphia detective’s romance with Annalise Keating surely steamed up the screens. Prior to his role in the drama, he appeared in other TV shows such as “Sons of Anarchy.” Brown has been rather quiet on the acting front since the series ended in May 2020. He did, however, feature in the drama “Working Man” the year before the show ended.

3. Alfred Enoch

He’s appeared in films such as “Executive Order,” “The Picture of Dorian Gray,” and “Foundation“. I appreciate my political commitment, and to be able to produce a movie that reflects that in my job is amazing,  Remezcla said of his character as a lawyer in “Executive Order.”

Enoch shared his personal experiences during the epidemic in a YouTube video posted by Shakespeare’s Globe. “I think I’ve had a more difficult connection with my mental health over the previous three months or whatever long,” he explained.

5. Aja Naomi King

The part of law student Michaela Pratt, performed by Aja Naomi King on “How to Get Away With Murder,” earned her an NAACP Image Award nomination. Following the conclusion of the program, King moved on to feature in Season 2 of “Blackout” alongside Rami Malek. She also appeared in “Sylvie’s Love,” a historical drama.

As a Black woman, King was drawn to the film because “the focus for once isn’t on the problems we confront from the outside world, but rather the struggles within ourselves,” she told Essence.
