Florida Man Charged with Child Abuse After Punching Victim in Face; Witness Shares Detail of Assault

According to the authorities, a man from Molino who is 36 years old is being charged with child abuse following an event that occurred only recently.

Both a felony charge of child abuse and a misdemeanor charge of simple assault were brought against Brian Pardue.

An incident of domestic violence was reported to have occurred at a residence in Molino, and the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office rushed to the scene. An ECSO arrest report states that a witness stated that they were sitting on the back porch of the home when Pardue walked from his camper in the backyard and punched one victim in the face with a closed fist. He then “charged” at another victim with a closed fist as if he was going to hit her. This information was obtained from the witness.

The arrest report did not include the ages of the victims since they were redacted.

This is something that Pardue has denied. As of Monday, he remained in the Escambia County Jail without bond, as his bond had been revoked in connection with an ongoing narcotics case that occurred in July 2024.
