According to the authorities, a 39-year-old male raped a juvenile who was asleep in a bedroom after drinking at a house party in Broward. Even though the alleged sexual assault happened almost a week ago, he is still in jail.
Residents in the 1500 block of Southwest 12th Street in Pembroke Pines were invited to a house party by Saul Alfonso Silva Valecillos on June 30, according to the police department.
Police say a youngster, the exact age of whom was not disclosed, was drinking alcohol at the celebration. Subsequently, he retired to a bedroom to recuperate.
Based on the investigation, it appears that Silva Valecillos took advantage of the situation by entering the room and sexually abusing the youngster as he slept. Upon waking up, he wasted no time in pushing him aside and bolting from the house.
After the youngster informed his family, the authorities were notified. A sting operation was launched by investigators in an effort to apprehend Silva Valecillos.
He scheduled a rendezvous at a shopping mall with the intention of having sex with the youngster, but the police claim that the other party was actually officers. He was quickly taken into custody after police apprehended him in the square.
He also requested sexually graphic images from the kid, according to the probe. There was no indication that Silva Valecillos had intercourse with any other juveniles before the gathering, according to the detectives.
The Pembroke Pines Police Department has stated its dedication to safeguarding the whole community, particularly children. The accusations against Silva Valecillos include flying to meet a minor, soliciting to engage in criminal sexual behavior with a minor online, and sexual battery on a minor.
