Guy and Madara fought each other during the Fourth Shinobi World War. Might Guy stood alone against the Six-Tails and Madara. Naruto understood the pain that created a connection with him. So, as Naruto answers his question, Pain resurrected everyone in Konoha who died during his strikes.
