Bluey, the beloved Australian series, completed its Season 3 with an extremely emotional finale, leaving everyone in tears.
Everyone from kids to their parents was sobbing after watching the most recent episode of Bluey. The finale aired on Sunday and ran for almost 30 minutes. This was the longest episode of the series.
On IMDB, the plot synopsis reads: “Bluey, Bingo, Mum, Dad and all their family and friends are getting ready for the ‘wedding event of the year’, in an exciting special bursting with adventure, romance and – emergency toilet stops.” This could make you think that the episode will be funny and will have a happy ending. But who knew, that this episode would make everyone cry their hearts out?
The finale reaches the climax when Bandit’s brother Radley marries Frisky in the presence of Bluey, Bingo, Bandit, Chilli, and the rest of the Heeler family. But this was not what broke the hearts of all the viewers. It was the scene in which they made a big decision to move to a new place that tore the viewer’s hearts.
As Bluey resists the seemingly inevitable relocation to “another city” due to Bandit’s job, viewers of the 28-minute episode ‘The Sign’ are left to wonder if Chilli and Bandit will sell the property or not.
After Bluey spends most of the episode attempting to remove the for sale sign, real estate agent Bucky Dunstan puts a “sold” sticker on it, making it appear like there is no hope left. But as luck would have it, the expected buyers stumble onto an even better house—all thanks to Muffin.
The official Instagram page was flooded after the episode aired. Many parents expressed their emotions and reactions after they watched the episode with their kids.
“I cried so much,” one mom wrote. “Hit me real hard. After a second viewing, my 7-year-old cried too – he doesn’t want to ever move from our place. Top episode, guys!”
“There are a minimum of 6 Bluey episodes that make me cry so I was expecting the same for this one. What I didn’t expect was that I would be crying and my husband next to me would also have tears rolling down his cheeks,” a mom wrote. “Bravo.”
