Introduction of the Movie-

Penelope Spheeris directed Black Sheep, which was written by Fred Wolf. The film follows a political assistant tasked to handle the brother of a candidate for Governor of Washington who tries to lend his campaign unwanted and publicly humiliating assistance. During its theatrical run in the United States, the picture grossed $32.3 million.

Plot of the Black Sheep-

When the dignified Albert Donnelly runs for Governor, his campaign staff works hard to keep his slow-witted and klutzy younger brother, Mike, out of the spotlight. The campaign sends sarcastic Steve to babysit Mike, who has the adventure of a lifetime when he tries to take Mike out of town during the election.

Governor Tracy, hoping to sabotage Al after their discussion, buys images of Mike at the rec center fire and publishes them on TV, allowing Tracy to win the election. Mike notes that the overall vote count for Garfield County is 1,882, despite the fact that there are only 1,502 registered voters there; moreover, Mike identifies the two guys who set fire to the rec facility standing next to Tracy. Mike and Steve head to the Garfield County Courthouse to get the names of the election voters. They uncover that more than half of Tracy’s supporters had been deceased for more than 10 years (including Drake’s father and grandpa), showing Tracy manipulated the elections.

At the celebration, the duo interrupts Tracy’s victory speech, and the cops attempt to arrest Mike for arson. Mike snatches a gun from one of the officers and pretends to hold Steve hostage at the podium, while Drake arrives in time to prevent a sniper from killing Mike and calms the crowd by frightening them with an RPG. Mike exposes Tracy’s electoral fraud, which causes the election results to be reversed.

Three months later, Steve is Al’s new assistant and advisor, replacing Kovary, who earlier in the film forced Al to choose between his career and being with his “loser” brother, and as a result, Al fired him; Al offered Mike a job in his administration, but he declined because he regained control of the recreation center; and Al has reduced crime rates in Washington. Mike’s jacket gets stuck in the plane’s door as Al and Steve board a flight to a conference, trapping him outdoors while the plane takes off.
