A Santa Ana residence was robbed by two suspects who fled with jewelry and cash valued at about $130,000, according to surveillance footage.
The Santa Ana Police Department reports that the break-in occurred on December 22 at approximately 8:45 a.m. at a residence located on the 4000 block of W. Mary Circle.
The homeowners had just departed for work when the suspects arrived at the house.
The victim’s home door is knocked on by a masked female suspect, as captured on security footage. Police added that in the meantime, a male suspect broke through the back bathroom window and entered the house.
The suspects seized a medium-sized safe, jewelry, and cash valued at about $130,000 while they were there and plundered every bedroom.
They fled after swiftly stuffing the pilfered items into the silver Kia Sorento SUV’s trunk.
The suspects are still on the loose. The woman is characterized as being of Middle Eastern or Eastern European heritage, between the ages of 20 and 30, and having a medium build. When last seen, she had on a black skirt, red sandals, and a white top.
The ethnicity of the male suspect is a mystery. His build is medium, and his last saw outfit was a baseball cap, black sneakers, dark jeans, and a sweatshirt.
