Additional charges have been filed against a man accused of committing sex crimes, as more victims have come forward since his arrest in June.
District Attorney Tim Ward has announced that 60-year-old Tomas Jimenez was initially charged with 6 felony counts and 3 misdemeanor counts in connection with sexual assault and battery.
Jimenez was apprehended by detectives from the Dinuba Police Department on July 2nd following allegations of sex crimes made by four female victims.
According to reports, the alleged crimes took place at his residence in Dinuba, beginning in 2021 during massage sessions.
It is believed that Jimenez primarily focused on serving the Spanish-speaking community.
Following the charges filed by the District Attorney’s Office, an increasing number of individuals have come forward as victims, bringing the total to 21 people.
On Wednesday, DA Ward filed an amended complaint with 48 counts.

Most of the victims who have come forward are women, with the exception of one male.
“The tip line remains open to anyone who might be a victim in this case or has more information,” said TCDA Bureau of Investigations Sergeant Martha Rodriguez. “It does not matter how long ago the crime took place, and a victim’s legal status does not matter, nor will we ask about a victim’s legal status. All victims deserve justice.”
Jimenez’s next court appearance is scheduled for August 29, 2024, where a preliminary hearing setting and bail consideration will take place. He is currently being held in custody without bail.
