Brothers Arrested after Narcotics and Weapons confiscated from Residence in Connecticut

Danbury, CT: The Danbury Police Department arrested two brothers on several drug charges. The brothers were accused of alleged involvement in the distribution of illegal drugs within the city of Danbury.

Jeffrey B. Bispo, age 26, and Julio C. Bispo, age 34, are facing many charges of the possession of narcotics with the intent to sell, possession of prohibited drugs, operation of a drug factory, conspiracy, and various firearms-related offenses.

The arrest was made on April 9 and the operation was given the codename “Operation Dyad.”

It was launched as a result of intelligence obtained from Postal Inspectors indicating that the Bispo brothers were getting narcotics from California through the mail.

The police confiscated the following items-

  • A 9mm ghost gun.
  • An extended 32-round magazine.
  • A 9mm Glock pistol.
  • More than $28,000 in cash.
  • Heroin
  • Crack
  • MDMA
  • Fentanyl pills

The amount of the bail that has been set for both Jeffery and Julio is two million dollars as per WTNH.
