An investigation by the police indicates that a murder-suicide took place in the Greys Ferry neighborhood of Philadelphia on Monday afternoon when two bodies were discovered shot to death.

Officers entered the apartment as soon as they arrived and discovered two individuals who were unconscious and suffering from gunshot wounds.
An individual named Ondria Glaze, who was 36 years old at the time of the incident, was shot once in the right cheek during the incident.
The second victim was identified as Richard Harper, who was 42 years old and was discovered with a single gunshot wound to his head. The police suspect that Harper had self-inflicted the wound.
Alongside Harper’s body, a firearm was discovered and recovered. The paramedics who responded to the scene determined that both victims had passed away.
In a message on Instagram, Olney High School shared the sad news that Ondria Glaze, a cherished educator, school leader, and Special Education Compliance Monitor, had passed away.
As for Ondria, the Assistant Principal of Olney High School, Andre Beckett, had this to say about her: “She just embodied love, and it’s just the hardest thing to go through, just learning of her death.” To put it simply, she loved everyone. Just be extremely patient with both the students and their parents, because I believe it is something that we are all going to miss a great deal.
At school, the days have become even more challenging as a result of her efforts to explain what happened to her to each and every one of her kids. Beckett continued by saying, “It is such a difficult thing to explain.” I believe that it is difficult for us to even begin to comprehend how something like this could occur to someone who is so nice.
Officials are currently looking into the incident.
