Authorities Identify Coleman Resident Through Tattoos after Video Surfaced on Dark Web Showing Him Molesting Young Boy; Arrested in Texas

Coleman, TX – The FBI has arrested a Coleman resident, Christopher Lynn Driskill, 48, accused of producing child pornography between 2017 and 2024. The arrest was made by the FBI Dallas Field Office agents in San Angelo, Texas, following a complex investigation involving local law enforcement and federal authorities.

Driskill had been living with his parents in Coleman, a small town south of Abilene, Texas. The investigation began in September when a witness reported allegations of child molestation to the Coleman Police Department.

Key Details of the Case:

According to the criminal complaint, someone Driskill had been dating told authorities that he admitted, while intoxicated, to molesting a child in Coleman.

Driskill denied the allegations during his police interview, and the child did not make an outcry during interviews with state investigators, leading police to close the case due to a lack of evidence at that time.

However, the FBI later linked Driskill to a separate investigation initiated two months prior, involving videos uploaded to the dark web showing the sexual abuse of a young boy by a group of men.

Investigators identified Driskill by matching his tattoos and facial features to images from the videos posted online and social media posts. One of his tattoos, reading “cast no stones,” was a key identifier. Additionally, his facial markings matched his driver’s license photo.

Richard Roper, a former U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas, praised the cooperation between local and federal authorities.

“I think this is an excellent example of the FBI working with local law enforcement to connect the dots to really bring a very, very serious perpetrator to justice,” he said.

“Because if you hadn’t had that cooperation, this guy would still be out there,” he added.
