In recent years, the Isekai style has attracted anime viewers all around the world. Despite the criticisms directed at its anime version, Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest will be no exception.

The Japanese light novel series features Hajime Nagumo, who is transferred to another world alongside the rest of his class to engage in a war against the demon race, authored by Ryo Shirakome with illustration by Takayaki. He gets deceived by one of his classmates during a dungeon raid and got thrown to the bottom of a dungeon.

He survived the fall and develops weapons in order to get out of the dungeon and get powerful. He encounters the jailed vampire Yue and is soon accompanied by the bunny-eared Shea, the perverted dragon Tio, and the others on his quest.

He later realized that consuming monster meat allows him to power up and get access to new, tremendously strong abilities. And since, he has resolved to conquer all seven dungeons, collect all of the ancient magics, and use them to go back to his world. As he battles to live and defend others, Hajime gets cruel and cynical, but he begins to show traces of the lost warmth he once had when engaging with the others of his crew.

The Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest is a combination of many genres, from Isekai to Shonen. But out of all, fans love this Harem comedy the most.

Hajime meets Yue, a strong vampire princess whose been jailed, during his dangerous trip further into the depths. Both work their way through into the labyrinth together when he releases her out, building a relationship all along the way and eventually finding an exit through to the Maverick’s Lair.

She is indeed a magical prodigy who can do all forms of elemental magic and has rapid regeneration that prevents her from aging and recovers her wounds swiftly. She became Hajime’s first partner after falling in love with him. When the other girls approach Hajime, Yue doesn’t really show any jealousy but instead declares herself to be his first and legitimate wife.

Hajime and Yue meet a naive rabbit girl named Shea once they emerge from the depths. She reveals that she’s been expecting their coming since she has the ability to see into the future. As monsters raid her home, her peaceful people are on the verge of extinction. She urges them to help, and when they do, she accompanies them on their journey.

Shea also develops feelings for Hajime while he assists her community and she chases him aggressively, which makes Hajime find her annoying at times.

Hajime encounters her old teacher Aiko, the very first human he’s seen for a while fleeing the depths, after conquering Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest’s second dungeon. He’s harsh and distant at first, but once he warms up, he informs her about the mysteries he found in the Maverick’s Lair library.

Hajime’s second task asks him to defeat a dragon, and after a very sexual method of defeat, he learns that she is a Female Dragonborn called Tio. She becomes attracted to Hajime’s cold and aloof conduct as a result of her masochistic tendencies, and she joins him, Yue, and Shea on their expeditions.

After meeting, Kaori, his close friend, and former crush recognize him right away. Despite breaking a sweat, Hajime, who is now much more strong than his classmates, protects everybody from danger. Fans were introduced to merfolk child Myu near the close of the first season of Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Greatest anime. Hajime, the tough male protagonist, and Shea Haulia, the big-hearted bunny girl, are the first to uncover the cute merfolk toddler. To Hajime’s dismay, Myu gradually switches from calling him “Onii-chan” to “Papa.”

Hajime uses his sense of presence skill to identify the presence of a frail youngster in the sewers below while out on a hastily promised date with Shea. They discovered her unconscious but alive. Shea learns that she had been abducted by her mother once she regains consciousness.

Hajime grows fond of his “daughter,” addressing to her as one and guarding her against any perceived threat. When Hajime’s former classmate Kousuke Endou shouts at Myu, Hajime reasonably snaps back, ordering him not to talk to his daughter in that manner. Yue observes this and remarks that Hajime has truly become the “Papa” to Myu.

Apart from Yue, she is the only one to have genuinely pierced Hajime’s hardened shell while being in the labyrinth. This particular part in the story is loved by everybody, a very unique father-daughter bond between Hajime and Myu.
