Walla Walla, WA- Mark Anthony Fowler, 63, of Walla Walla, is facing new charges of rape of a child and incest. According to prosecutors, he was already in the Walla Walla County Jail facing charges of rape of a child, child molestation, and incest.
Walla Walla Police Department apprehends Fowler following allegations of sexual abuse against a 7-year-old girl. Court documents reveal disturbing allegations of sexual abuse involving a victim who is related to Fowler.
The abuse reportedly occurred during out-of-town trips when the victim was between the ages of 3 and 6, with one incident taking place in a Walla Walla hotel.
Following his arrest, a different family member, who is now 32 years old, came forward to reveal that she had reportedly experienced abuse from Fowler between the ages of 7 and 12.
The second victim chose not to reveal the sexual abuse until Fowler’s arrest when she finally felt secure enough to come forward.
