Tulsa, OK: Oklahoma court handed down a life term to an Afton man for sexually abusing a 6-year-old girl while handcuffing and shackling her.
In the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, 41-year-old Glenn David Nickols pleaded guilty to sexually exploiting children and aggravated sexual assault of a kid under the age of 12.
“This life sentence holds Nickols accountable for his predatory actions and puts him in prison where he cannot exploit another child,” said U.S. Attorney Clint Johnson in a prepared statement.
The plea agreement states that between March 1, 2020, and August 31, 2020, Nickols admitted to using the minor in child pornographic activities.

In May 2021, a seven-page criminal complaint document revealed that Nickols’ email account had been searched and found 18 emails including 107 photographs and two videos that contained child pornography.
The affidavit states that there were images of a naked child “with both hands handcuffed together and placed above her head and a blue ribbon or blue tape across her mouth”; another shot showed the victim with “black ankle restraints on her ankles”; and yet another shot depicted the child enduring sexual abuse.
The Delaware County state jail sentence for child pornography is ten years for Nickols.
