Milwaukee, WI-
A lady who is 33 years old was taken into custody in connection with a case of child abuse that occurred in Milwaukee.
The event took place in the vicinity of Bourbon Street and 103rd Street. It was approximately 12:30 in the morning when a child of six years old was transported to the hospital and proclaimed dead.
The child was named as Zane Adams by his family. Zane Adams was a child who cherished his family and enjoyed playing.
The woman who was arrested has not yet been charged with any crime; but, prior records indicate that she has been convicted of child abuse.
Relatives have expressed their utter devastation.
“This is kind of what can happen when you isolate a child, and they’re not around people that love them so much,” the victim’s uncle Frank Adams said. “My brother, he had his own things going on that he has to handle right now. He’s incarcerated and my nephew was just left with the wrong person.”
The District Attorney’s Office for Milwaukee County is currently reviewing the charges that have been filed.
