Dallas, Texas: After killing two 15-year-olds outside of a Dallas library, police have taken a 17-year-old into custody.
Following his Friday arrest, Obbie Perez was charged with capital murder. The event occurred on Saturday, December 30, in the southwest area of the city, just before 5:30 p.m. off of Mountain Creek Parkway.
According to Dallas police, the two victims were discovered shot in a car near the Mountain Creek Library.
Angel Solis, fifteen, passed away there. The Dallas County Medical Examiner reports that 15-year-old Elijah Martinez passed away at Methodist Hospital.
The police have not revealed any specifics about what took them to Perez or how he could have known the victims.
