12-year-old Brutally Molested by Two 19-year-old Men on Beach; Suspects Arrested and Found 12-year-old Boy with Them with Alcohol

Charges have been brought against two men who are alleged to have sexually assaulted two girls aged 12.

Authorities in North Kingstown reported that just before 3 a.m. on Saturday, they received a call from two young women alleging that they had been sexually assaulted.

Authorities were informed by the two girls that they were attacked in the parking lot on Marine Road close to the bike path, allegedly by 19-year-old Dustin Buckley from Connecticut and 19-year-old Austin Sumner from Massachusetts.

Authorities found that the two individuals were at a residence in Coventry when one of the men reached out to them via a public Snapchat account.

Officials report that Buckley and Sumner collected the girls from a nearby park at 1 a.m.

The individuals subsequently transported the young women to the parking area on Marine Road.

Authorities reported that during their time in the vehicle, one of the young women was subjected to sexual assault by both individuals.

The young women informed law enforcement Buckley and Sumner set up a tent by the shore. The two men, along with a 12-year-old boy familiar to them, were found.

Authorities reported that Buckley and Sumner supplied the boy with marijuana and alcohol.

Buckley faces serious allegations, including four counts of first-degree child molestation sexual assault, contributing to the delinquency of a minor under 16, and possession of alcohol.

Sumner is confronting multiple serious charges, including first-degree child molestation sexual assault, indecent solicitation of a minor, contributing to the delinquency of a child under 16, and possession of alcohol.

On Monday, both individuals faced arraignment and were remanded without bail.
