Woman Fugitive Arrested in Irving After Long Run on Several Charges

Fort Worth, TX: On the evening of Saturday, February 3, 2024, Irving Police carried out an arrest warrant for Jessica Nicole Carter, a 42-year-old woman who was being sought for possession of controlled substances. The Fort Worth Police Department reached out to the Irving Police for help in capturing Carter, who was suspected to be in Irving.

Carter’s legal issues arise from a previous incident related to the possession of a controlled substance, specifically Methamphetamine and Fentanyl, in a quantity ranging from 4 grams to less than 200 grams. After being initially given probation, Carter faced legal consequences when she was arrested in Dallas once more for possession of Meth.

On September 14, 2022, she was arrested once more in Fort Worth. Later, on September 26, 2022, her probation was revoked. Carter has managed to avoid authorities after posting a bond.

Jessica Nicole Carter is facing an arrest warrant issued by the 372nd District Court of Tarrant County. Carter has a long record of legal troubles, with multiple arrests in Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Burnet, and Travis Counties for a range of charges, such as DWI, drug possession, assault, and failure to appear in court.

Carter is set to be transferred to the Tarrant County Jail to address the charges brought against her.
