Honk News (Moberly, MO) – According to the documents filed with the court, a guy from Moberly has been taken into custody and charged with the sexual assault of a kid who is younger than 12 years old.
As a result of a warrant being issued with a cash-only bond of $100,000, Hector Marcos-Perez, who is 32 years old, is currently being held in the Randolph County Jail, according to the records of the court. The documents from the jail indicate that Marcos-Perez is being held without bond.
According to the records filed in the court, Marcos-Perez is accused of sexually assaulting a youngster on the evening of January 2 in the restroom of a restaurant located in Moberly. The child allegedly notified someone they were with at the restaurant about the alleged occurrence, and that person reportedly reported the alleged incident to the police on the same day, as stated in the records filed in the court.

According to the records filed in the court, the police were able to confirm that Marcos-Perez was present in the restroom at the same time as the youngster by using film from security cameras that were captured outside the toilet.

The documents filed in the courtroom indicate that Marcos-Perez worked as a server at the restaurant. In the records filed with the court, the name of the eatery has been removed.
