Tragic Fire Claims 2 Dogs and left 3 Hospitalised in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV: Three individuals have been admitted to the hospital after a fire on Friday morning.

The Clark County Fire Department was notified at 6:51 a.m. about a fire at a residence located in the 6300 block of Edna Avenue.

Upon arrival at the home, CCFD and Las Vegas Fire & Rescue members entered the premises and began searching for any victims. Three individuals were discovered in the backyard.

All three individuals were sent to the Trauma Center and Burn Care Center at University Medical Center. Their injuries’ state is uncertain as of 11:45 a.m. Firefighters also discovered two sizable dogs on the second level of the residence. Both individuals were declared deceased as a result of inhaling smoke.

CCFD fire investigators are now determining the cause of the fire.
