Texas Man Sentenced For Selling Drugs in Drive Thru Style in Fort Worth

Fort Worth, TX: A man was recently sentenced to 135 months in prison for allegedly selling narcotics in a unique manner, involving a “drive-thru” style operation through the window of a Fort Worth home.

According to officials, Willie Bryant, 39, was charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to distribute in May of 2023. He later pleaded guilty in October, as stated in a release.

In May of 2023, Fort Worth police were alerted to a situation involving the distribution of illegal substances. The individual in question, identified as Bryant, was reportedly involved in the distribution of various drugs from a window near a home on Ramey Avenue. This information was provided in a criminal complaint.

“According to the Crime Stoppers Tip, investigators have identified a person named Bryant, also known as ‘Bobbie’, who is allegedly involved in the sale of narcotics. The complaint states that Bryant operates from a window next to the driveway, where customers can conveniently order and receive their drugs without having to leave their vehicles,” the complaint states.

Authorities discovered a significant amount of illegal substances during a thorough search of the residence. The findings included methamphetamine, black tar heroin, fentanyl pills, cocaine, and marijuana, all located in close proximity to the driveway window.

Authorities have also discovered a stash of 10 firearms, along with multiple driver’s licenses, ID cards, bank cards, and social security cards belonging to different individuals. Additionally, a hidden compartment behind a bathroom mirror contained various drugs.

Bryant was apprehended by SWAT officers at the residence on May 30, as stated in the complaint.
