A College Station resident has been arrested and is currently in custody on charges of sexually abusing three minors, all of whom were under the age of 14. The alleged abuse is said to have taken place over several years, from 2017 to 2023.
The repeated abuse was described in a probable cause affidavit after Stelton Govan was arrested on Monday by College Station Police.

Allegations came to light when one of the children came forward to report the suspected mistreatment.
According to the police report, Govan, 23, had a personal connection with the children.
Govan is currently incarcerated with a bond set at $500,000 for the offense of Sexual Abuse of a Child Continuous; Victim Under 14.
According to the arrest report, it has been alleged that Govan’s younger brother is also involved in the sexual abuse of the children. However, his identity is being withheld due to his age. Unfortunately, information about his case is not accessible as it involves a juvenile.
